Packaging and Shipping of Cemented Carbide Segments
Inner Packaging
The products are first individually wrapped in stretch film or bubble wrap, then placed inside a cardboard box and surrounded by thickened expanded polystyrene for positioning and cushioning. This effectively prevents impacts and scratches during transit and fully protects the cemented carbide cutters.
Outer Packaging
The entire exterior of the cardboard box is wrapped in stretch film to provide protection against moisture and dust. The box is then reinforced with crisscrossed plastic strapping to enhance its overall strength, making it suitable for long-distance shipping and reducing the risk of damage.
